Celebrating 125 Years of God’s Faithfulness!

Hilltop Country Church was established in 1899 and was originally called Morrison Baptist Church. The first church building, built in 1903, stood at the corner of 3rd and B street in Morrison. In the late 1980’s the congregation moved to its current location on Highway 64 at the west end of Morrison.

In 2007, Morrison Baptist Church changed their name to Hilltop Country Church.

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought many challenges for Hilltop as it did for so many churches across our nation. But in the grace and kindness of God, Hilltop survived and is thriving today! The church gathers weekly for worship, fellowship, and encouragement from God’s Word.

We hope you will join us soon as we celebrate 125 years of God’s faithfulness to Hilltop Country Church!

Psalm 100

1 Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth.
Serve the Lord with jubilation;
Come before Him with rejoicing.
Know that the Lord Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving,
And His courtyards with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting
And His faithfulness is to all generations.
